Facilities Management

• Customer assets are stored at a 24-hour video surveillance warehouse at each office location
• Weekly reports resides on a cloud server and are disseminated via email
• Equipment and materials are scanned out to each technician daily
• All equipment and materials are inventoried by end of business day

Customer Contact and Scheduling

• Upon receiving a job list, customers are contacted within 24 hours for appointment scheduling
• An appointment date and time is provided to accommodate the customer’s service request
• Certificate of Insurance is provided within 24 hours to access property

Completed Work Process and Reporting

A digital copy of the completed job is provided including the following:

• As-builts/Digital Photos
• Outline of steps to complete project
• Final inventory count of use and unused materials
